Location, Convenience, and Room to Move.

Perfectly situated in the heart of Kitsilano, our newly renovated space is easily accessible, and has everything you need to achieve your fitness goals. We have showers, parking, and all of the equipment you expect to find at a CrossFit gym. With over 3,000 square feet of space means we have plenty of room to move. No sharing equipment either with 20+ Bars, 1000’s of lbs of bumper plates, and 100+ kettlebells and dumbells means there is more than enough to go around.

Our Ethos

Is to facilitate physical preparedness through comprehensive strength and conditioning. We preach to live primal, move instinctual, train functional, and push the limits of the human animal.

Our Values

Safety

    Above all things we take the safety of our athletes very seriously, it is mandatory that prior to entering regular CrossFit classes you complete our 6-week challenge, or have proven sufficient in fundamental strength and conditioning movements by testing out. 

Quality

To keep a HIGH standard of coaching and performance we believe in a lower ratio of coaches to athlete, therefore allowing us to ensure our athletes are moving as proficient as possible. 

Honesty

    We are 100 % transparent with our athletes, in return we expect that our athletes be honest with us regarding any injuries or issues within the gym, and above all give us an honest effort. 

Support

We believe not only in creating stronger bodies, but also stronger relationships as humans. Our athletes are expected to show support and encouragement towards each other. Positive competition is strongly encouraged not only towards each other but also towards oneself, however not any one athletes ego is greater then the values of CrossFit UNCIVILIZED.
